As Tybalt recognizes Romeo's identity he grows so angry that he wants to kill him then and there. While Tybalt's hate is welling up, Romeo has spied Juliet from across the room and becomes infatuated with her instantly. You could argue that love reigns in this scene because Romeo acts on his love while Tybalt is stifled by Capulet from expressing his hate.
Romeo and Juliet have their flirtatious moments and are then separated. Juliet asks the nurse about him, "Go ask his name- If he is married, My grave is like to be my wedding bed."
Here she's saying she'd rather die than marry anyone other than this new guy Romeo.
Shortly thereafter, Juliet learns of Romeo's identity knowing it will not work. She comments,
My only love sprung from my only hate! Too early seen unknown and known too late! Prodigious birth of love it is to me that I must love a loathed enemy.
Poor girl, she's bummed. She just fell in love with the only guy her parents are going to say that she can't date because the Montagues and Capulets are at odds. This also shows the drama or exaggeration of life that teenagers experience. "Prodigious" means monstrous and/or foretelling misfortune. It is foreshadowing that this love is ultimately going to end bad.
